Goblin minotaurs, because why not. Take the minotaur, describe it as a very large goblin with horns who is looking for a good fight. Oooh, maybe they are the muscle to a Goblin Queen or a Crime Lord who wears a bowler hat. l imagine these two as being very cultured in private, like the whole murder the panty thing is just their day job.
