June Classomancy
The Sorcerer

The magic-blooded. The storm-hearted. The person who realizes, “I might not know where this power came from, but I like it” while actively playing with fire, or glowing in three colours, and making it everyone else’s problem.
Like the Sorcerer, June is bright, dramatic, and impossible to ignore. The days stretch long, the sun lingers, and the world feels charged with potential. This is Sorcerer season: magic before explanation, difference without instruction, and power that manifests long before anyone has figured out a way to contain it.
The Player
Sorcerers are drawn to raw possibility. They are the players who love big moments, emotional turns, powerful inheritances, dangerous gifts, and who were never going to be “normal”—whatever that means. These are the people that do not simply draw looks. They become the magic in the room, or do everything they can to control it.
You like that your power is personal. Not studied, borrowed, or politely requested from some god who may or may not answer. It’s yours. It was infused into you through your blood, your scars, your joy, or that one mysterious event your GM is absolutely going to use against you later. It doesn’t matter. You wouldn’t want it any other way. The power you wield comes from within, and you’re never giving it up without a fight.
Your trap is letting every feeling become a spell slot. If they are not careful, Sorcerers can burn out by forgetting that power comes with responsibility, consequence. and sometimes area of effect damage.
This month, your quest is to stop apologizing for taking up space while remembering that intensity is not the same as honesty. Your power is real. Your emotions are real. Your choices still matter, so use them to your benefit, not to let others use them against you. Let June remind you that you do not need to explain every part of yourself before you are allowed to shine. You’re allowed to figure it out as you go.
At The Table
Your gift is your presence. Sorcerer energy is potent. Doors to dimensions open. Monsters burn from quickened spells. GMs get nervous and question their grip on the rules. The party is reminded that magic is not only a tool. It is a revelation.
For players, make your magic visible in ways that are more than mechanical. What does it look like when your Sorcerer is nervous, excited, jealous, delighted, or lying badly? Maybe candles lean toward you. Maybe your shadow moves first. Maybe casting your spells smells like summer rain, hot metal, or the sea before a storm. Let the table feel your magic before the initiative roll.
For GMs, Sorcerers are an invitation to make power personal. Give their magic a reaction. Let an old ward recognize them. Let a monster hesitate. Let a spell behave strangely near a certain bloodline, moon phase, or forgotten name. You do not need to explain it right away. Sorcerers thrive when the mystery has a pulse.
A June Sorcerer hook: someone else has started manifesting the same magic. Same colour, or sound, or impossible feeling in the air. Are they family, an echo, or proof that the Sorcerer’s power was never entirely theirs alone?

Gift to the Party
You make magic feel alive. Sorcerers remind the table that power does not have to come from a textbook, a temple, or a pact written in suspiciously-red ink. You bring instinct, emotion, and spectacle. When the party needs someone to make the impossible feel immediate, you are already glowing.
Gift to the GM
Ask where your magic really came from, or fight the urge to give a clean answer. Leave them a strange birthmark, a dream that repeats, a spell that behaves differently around certain places, or one very specific person who seems to recognize your power. Give the GM a mystery with teeth to use with you.
Your Month’s Omen
The power was always inside you. Now decide what it is for.
