The USS Haida returns to Betazed to help with the teraforming project that is required to repair the damage done to the ecosystem when the Breen attacked. The Domnion War was costly to the Federation, lives, ships, planets, the attack on Betazed was one of the dark moments and many have wondered how the Breen got so far into Federation space.
