The crew of the USS Haida meets with a guest. Lt. Andrews is back from when the crew met him on the Payettte. The Starfleet Intelligence operative made their lives very difficult and escaped capture, then all record of him was delted or redacted. Andrews comes with orders of a classified mission to help a Lt. Andrews (Guest Star: Alan Patrick) infiltrate a secret Romulan base in the Shackleton Expanse.
