I was late to the West Kingdom and North Sea series’ from Renegade Games. They are great games if you are looking for more dynamic worker placement games. Specifically, Architects of the West Kingdom. This game is a bit of a learn to be fair, yet I find that is mostly cause it is doing something new. There are no rounds, just turns. Each player takes a turn using their workers and manipulating other player workers till someone wins. It has a solid automation system built-in for one player and is overall a fun game to play.
