Roleplaying Games I Own, I Own.

Roleplaying Games I Own, I Own.

Dungeons & Dragons 5e

Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) is a fantasy setting, d20 system owned by Wizards of the Coast. The grand-daddy of roleplaying games, the one that started it for us. It is pretty incredible how much came out of this little nerd project from 1974. I am swoon.

There are SO many blogs, posts, videos, websites, discords, stuff online that describes D&D and Roleplaying Games (RPG), essentially it comes down to this: RPGs are collaborative stories created for and told by the players—where imaginations guide and dice decide. D&D is a fantasy version that uses a twenty-sided die to determine the success or failure of the actions taken by the players.

Vox made this video about what D&D is. I think it is one of the best I have seen, with the correct vibes, that leads into all the other systems (different types of roleplaying games) that exist and I’ll be talking about in this series.

Thanks, Vox. This is great!
