Each player takes a turn rolling dice and try to activate the cards that make up your city. As you collect monies you can use them to purchase new buildings, expanding your city, which in turn, increases your chances of rolling something from your city that allows you to get more money, etc, etc. The Goal of the game is to be the first person to purchase each of the four city cards that allows you to win.
